Hi
My name is Jason Soto.
A little brief about myself first.
I’m 19 years of age, a student studying Business Advertising. Earlier in the year I was studing Business Marketing and have now changed my course. I’ve found studying in Sydney fun and enjoyable, and can’t wait to broaden my knowledge in the workforce.
I’m doing a cadetship with NeedEducation and today was my first day. I found it very interesting and also learnt a lot. It expanded my interest in the industry.

Children whose families are at risk of breaking down are to be sent to boarding school under a pilot scheme.
Around 100 children will take part along with 51 top private schools in the two-year government project.
Ten local authorities in England will also work on the scheme, aimed at children at risk of going into care. courtesy BBC

Such is the irony of “Cooking Basics” — one of the most popular classes at Caltech, in which the final exam-meal is judged by a Nobel laureate, one of the six on the faculty and 30 in the history of the university, located in the Los Angeles suburb of Pasadena.
“We have amazingly gifted people in science and engineering and they are viewed by many people as nerdy,” said Caltech’s French-born president, Jean-Lou Chameau.
“But at the same time, they are still young people, they want to learn about life, they want to do different things,” Chameau said as he observed 20 students tackling this week’s lesson — Southern U.S. cooking.

How to Earn Your MCAD
Core Exams (2 Exams Required)
To fulfill the core certification requirements, pass one exam focused on either Web Application Development or Windows Application Development in the language of your choice. Then pass one XML Web Services and Server Components exam.
Elective Exams (1 Exams Required)
In addition to the core exam requirements, you must also pass one elective exam that provides proof of expertise with a specific Microsoft server product. The following tables list Official Microsoft Learning Products designed to help MCAD candidates prepare for the required exams.
